Here's another vegetable you can add to potatoes and onions 🌰 which are carrots. Also, I am trying to stay away from oils that are supposedly being processed. I try and use more lightly seasoned vegetables. This has helped me lose weight. Thanks for watching.

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
2 carrots or unsalted canned carrots small Oz.
unsalted vegetable broth(be careful it says unsalted, but it shows a lower amount of sodium).
1 yellow onion or two

How to cook it
Add 1 cup of vegetable broth and chip sliced unpeeled potatoes and cut up carrots and sliced onions bring to a boil then cover with top and medium heat and cook until everything is soft enjoy!
