The new GLC has now been launched priced at Rs 73.5 lakh for the GLC 300 and it Rs 74.5 lakh for the GLC 220d diesel.
Prices are ex-showroom.

Hampi has my heart. I wish more automotive content is shot in and around Hampi. The landscape is absolutely stunning.

I wonder how long will it take Mercedes to realise that seat heating is next to useless to us and remove it to save costs.

I don't understand why now these days most car manufacturers removing physical buttons..touch control is not driver friendly..one can't divert attention from road to just handle touch control.. annoying 😮

Don't know what these day luxury cars r getting features trimmed which they used to have a decade ago . Ventilated seats at this price is a huge miss, also massage functions should have made way. Adaptive cruise control is also not there which these days 20 lakh SUV's have .

5:50 how exactly does it score well on rear seat space clearly there is barely any room to stretch out this is very misleading. When you're sitting in the back for 5 minutes when the car is stationary it may seem comfy but when you go on a 2 3 hour drive it gets really uncomfortable because there is no space to stretch out especially the elderly they start cramping up. Same situation with our 2021 skoda octavia all reviews said it has good back seat space but in reality it doesn't.

The same car in abroad gets ventilated seats, 4 zone climate control and phev models, which aren’t available in India, it’s like Mercedes purposefully wanna push prospective customers to GLE or GLS

While the phycial and material choices are great! No doubt about engineering, I think an area of significant investment is the digital and the software side. The UI and UX is not merc level and I belive similar levels of sophistication should be reflection in the digital interface of the car.

Awesome landscapes!! Just the fact that i drove past those highway sections yesterday makes me soo happy seeing such media content being shot in my district of Ballari. We have some amazing roads and serene landscapes! These people should expand away from pune mumbai hills!!

At 6:45 is the magic moment when He lifts the Sun shade the background cottage like structures appears in good detail. That means this video is shot with a phone (probably an iPhone) which has a smaller sensor..not shot with an SLR which has a bigger sensor and hence a better dynamic range😅

No seat ventilation ? And hope less headlamps …. Reflective LEDs ? Even the new brezza has better headlamps … nothing against mercs but at this price they should give the car well equipped

It misses on a boxy SUV stance which the previous gen had (this one looks better though more like a crossover) kind of looks more like the GLA now.

I really hope Autocar does a comparison test of the new GLC with the BMW X3 and the Audi Q5

Looks like an all-rounder with 4Matic, you didn't mention anything on the increase of the ground clearance. The only spec to spec comparison is Volvo XC60 - which adds an additional good music system and massage and ventilated seats. But its down on the brand charisma and engine maxing the cap at 180kmhr with low mileage.

I hope they keep the price sane and not just bump it up like the C-Class

Merc - Dont ask Cruise control, but we will give heated seats in India! Mercedes clearly losing its sophistication and purpose.

You guys forgot to mention that the footboard design has changed. It's slimmer at the front so that the pants don't get dirty but the rear footboard's the same so that the children can go in and out easily

The international model gets a 255/45 R20 front section tyre and a 285/45 R20 rear section. These 235/55 R19( Both Sides ) feels like a cost reduction for the India model. It’s a shame, given the starting price of 73.5 Lakhs Ex-Showroom.
