Dear Shaun. Let me thank you yrs later after trying your insanity workout. I was never a sport type of person but I tried your workout. I almost died but digged deeper. My body changed but also my personality. I have become internally strong to follow my life goals and got my motivation to achieve everything that before I had no energy for. Thanks a lot

Proud to say still since doing this program first time back in 2015 age 25 and still doing it now in 2023 age 33 that it still whoops my ass lol 😝 and I freaking love it 😍

SO EXCITED! The format of this one looks amazing. What I missed in my transition from Insanity to T25 (both amazing programs in their own rights) was that big class atmosphere. Glad to have so many people of varying fitness levels in this one! It looks INSANE!

So glad this is coming out on December! Usually during December is when I gain weight because of the holidays but more importantly because I have Seasonal Affective Disorder. I definitely need something to motivate me when I feel like crap.
