eMACROS Wireless Half Mile Solar Driveway Alarm Kit

eMACROS (a product line of HOSMART) asked us to review one of their driveway alarm kits, and we gladly agreed. We have a long driveway with no clear view from the barn. The barn is covered in metal and blocked by vehicles. Cheap motion detectors won't transmit that far, and can't get through the metal siding. Plus, they eat batteries.

We reviewed the eMACROS MC-004, and it had no problem sending a signal to the back of the barn! We were thrilled. Plus the alarm is loud so we can hear it clearly.

The sensor unit is solar powered, so no batteries! The receiver is plugged into the wall. You can attach up to 4 sensor units to the receiver. This is a high quality driveway alarm at an affordable price, and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.
