Hi Jon, I really enjoy your videos and following your journey. But I have to admit this one was a little bit of a pointless video. If you look at most of the successful youtubers they're making longer videos where they're getting concrete results/achieving a big goal of some sort so that's something I'd recommend. A 6 min video of which 1-2minutes was advertising your sponsor and just to tell us not to do surveys on the weekend probably isn't going to cut it. Sorry if I sound like a dick or something, this is just constructive criticism as I really want to see you/the channel succeed!

On prolific, it could be that they don't like your ISP. I have two different service providers--if I'm connected on Optimum, I'll have surveys. If I'm connected via J&R though, it won't show any. I've messaged them before about it and it's intentional, not a bug. If you're not seeing anything, try connecting via your cell service (not wifi) and see if there's anything there, especially if you're on a lesser known provider.

Prolific is profitable, but only on working days. I complete surveys at 4 pm everyday and the majority of days there are surveys compensating an hourly rate of £10 per hour. A bonus is the threshold to release your balance is £5, which is easy to meet as most surveys pay between £1-£4 per survey. You may only be offered 2 surveys but it’s worth your time if you earn close to minimum wage like myself. My thinking behind completing, on average, a couple of surveys per day is if I earn an extra £3 per day (tax free) then that’ll equate to an extra £1000 per year I can save. Then, if I find a better money maker, such as starting my own business, I can use the extra funds earned to invest into this.

Please dont be like other youtubers and believe USA or Europe are the only places where humans who want to earn money exist. please consider other countries aswell or atleast let us know if the video applies to other countries aswell so we dont waste our time if you are an honest youtuber. Your prolific video doesnt hire people from our country.
