4.5 years for CA vs 1 year CPA??? That's the problem with EVERY one of these comparisons. First of all, to qualify for CPA, you MUST have 150 Credit hours (roughly a master's degree) which MUST include 30-33 Credits of pure account classes.

When making comparison, you are comparing apples to orange. For CA, you are including the entire curriculum + exams where with CPA you are only taking into account the exam time. This is incorrect.
