Anne Gallager worked with the supermarket chain SPAR in the marketing department. She left her job to set up Beauty Kit - an online business platform selling premium make-up mainly to women in the 28 to 44 age group. This market was served by international beauty product sellers. Anne wanted to set up the Irish platform to provide the option to buy local for Irish women. The buy local sentiment helped her business during the pandemic.
