I found this misleading honestly and baseless because no solid reason except crashes and support weakness, sounds like support upset you. Have to say this because people might make decisions based on this but as user of both Shopify and Ecwid and tried almost all others you mentioned, i think everyone should open an account and judge for themselves depending on their requirement.

Extremely misleading review. Dont listen to her. Ecwid is the best choice for small businesses and and even large businesses, and it’s extremely cost effective than its competitors, with a lot if features provided out of the box with EASY implementation for complete beginners 👌🏾 Been using ecwid for over a year now!

OK, I have to leave a negative comment again... When I came to this video, I was looking for YOUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, something you experienced yourself WHILE USING ECWID that gave you these reasons why not to use it. I don't care about site crashes and limited app usage. I care about feature set, any imposed limitations, and hidden costs or fees. I am 1/3 of the way through this video, and maybe you talk about this later, but I can't waste another minute of my time watching this. Just fiddling around on the website and talking is not a video I want to spend time on. In the future, when doing a video like this, talk to us while you navigate around your free ECWID website, drawing attention to the things you find good or bad. Remember the basic rule of making content... SHOW DON'T TELL!
