Most of the 'lessons' of life are 'lost' on us. We delude ourself to believe what is,
isn't. And what isn't, is. We try to make reality to conform to our belief system, which

If you show up at a store and start working and the employees have you thrown out or arrested, you are to early since you have not even been hired yet. If you show up and your boss fires you for being late, well you are late. It might be a illusion but I suggest buying something called a clock. If you show up and go to work and make it till your shift is over, congradulations you understand time!

Time is a man-made idea. Clocks speed up and slow down depending on their proximity to large objects, but a clock is not time any more than a melting ruler is distance. Probability theorems are only used in mathematics to roughly describe quantum phenomenon we don't have instrumentation to accurately detect(yet). As our devices become more accurate we need probability theory less to make predictions - because we know for sure due to independent observation.

He agrees with me, to a point. But: the 'past' is just a memory and the 'future' fantasy. We can never experience the 'present' due to the mechanical/biological delay in perceiving and interpreting: everything we think is happening Now has already happened. However, even if you insist that time is concrete and real, the 'present' has no duration - and therefore does not exist!

So funny, because my Dad used to say, "What if you woke up tomorrow, and everything you've experienced was just a dream?" We do create our world. And we choose, or "project" with our energy what our world is every moment. What are you creating this moment?
