This was solid man! I saw this pop up in my recommended and realized I have over 100 apps on my phone and Im in the process of deleting a bunch of things as a part of End of the Year Shutdown. Also working in Tech, it can feel like we need all of these apps to understand what "users" are doing, but at some point we become users as well. Plan on reducing my down to considerably to help access the things I need most. Appreciate you making this video!

Exactly what I have done. Recently gone back to iOS as I was changing my phone every month on android finishing with the fold. So decided the mini was the way to go. Only calls and message apps in dock. Calendar and weather wide widget on home screen. Rest is keep in widget draw and app gallery. I just use search for everything. Life has now become much less cluttered. Loving it. Great video BTW

This is a bit too extreme for me, but I appreciate the idea behind it! In general I think we spend too much time on our phones when we could be doing more productive things. I have deleted quite a few apps from my phone lately, and the App Library is a wonderful tool. I'd love an update on how this process goes for you a few months into 2021! Great production as always!

I like your thinking. I've been doing the same thing with my iPhone setup as well. Switch off all distractions, notifications, apps, and clutter. Only have the essentials and have them displayed as minimal as possible. I didn't think of removing the app names, so that's the next thing for me, thanks for your insights!
