The ghosts who keep messing with the night crew is sending a statement, "Stop cleaning up around us, we're trying to have fun." Also the ghost turning off the flame is Lem saying, "If these keep going they'll be over cooked." They're friendly ghosts, they just want to have some fun.

Ya, all of their experiences could’ve been controlled from another location. Like, someone could been controlling the lights on another switch from somewhere else. That’s just my opinion 🤷🏽‍♂️
