ME397 Week #3 'Uncertainty Analysis'

Lecture #3 for ME397 at the University of Evansville. This lecture introduces the basics of uncertainty analysis following the ASME Performance Test Code. As an example, student measurements are used to calculate the stress in a cantilever beam and propagate measurement uncertainties to a total uncertainty in the stress calculation.
