The number of Justices of the Supreme Court drops from 14 to 13 as Justice Amiru Sanusi retired from the apex court’s bench. However, the Nigerian constitution provides for 21 Justices as a full complement of the apex court’s bench, a status the highest court of the land has never attained. There have also been repeated complaints by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, that he and his colleagues on the apex court’s bench are overworked.

They need more sharia Court Judge. How can nigeria allowed Tanko to be the chief justice of nigeria. Tanko no nothing about law only sharia law. Tanko is a sharia Court Judge. Buhari and Tanko believe in sharia law not democracy

Which work has he done in Nigeria? Is it by himself becoming a problem of Nigeria which people are trying to solve? We known that he is an example of failure which a good governance wouldn't like to become. Tanko should go and rest in pieces, no one cares.
