Which shoes are right for you? I review all of these and tell you which one is my first choice and why. In the introduction I share some of the things you will want to understand as you choose your own workout shoes. My suggestion for getting your shoes from Poshmark is a way of trying out a shoe first without paying full price. Unless you score a deal, (after Xmas sale, Black Friday, etc.) this is a great way to really know if that brand and style works for your foot. Remember, you can't return a retail shoe once it has been worn.
use: TRAINERTAM1 to get your $10 off your first purchase!
If you decide to try it out (it's free, no cost to set up your account) If you wind up using the code, I may get a bit of credit too, so it's a win-win. Happy Poshing!
Leave a comment below and let us know why you chose the walking/running/ cross training shoes you wear. Also, what do you wear daily as you run errands, walk around the house or go day tripping?
I'm not sponsored or compensated; I just want to share fun things that I do, see, or have that I think others will enjoy or be interested in!

Had plantar fasciitis and the KuRu quantum have been great for me. Had Hoka when it began and the brooks while it was healing, but switched to Kuru and been pain free since. I work as a nurse standing all day.

These shoes are way over $50 on the Kuru website. Where did you find them for $50?
