Oh man, thanks a million. I bought a computer that has French language, couldn't understand a ### about it. After I watch your video I finally did it.
1) when you start installation of language, you need to wait at least 15-20 minutes.
2) then restart it and done.

the option with the shield isnt there for me

the download package button does not appear for me, instead it says that that language "isnt supported by the windows version" or something dumb like that. what can I do about it?

Ive been struggling to install a language as a display language. The installing process doesn't seem to be progressing at all even though ive been waiting for it to do so for hours. Do you have any idea how i can work around it? I've enabled some processes that perhaps were affecting this but at the end it looks like they're not. Perhaps theres something to do with the reg files or some corrupt file, im not quite sure...

it says that I have like no internet or something, I can't read that language but it says something about internet in there and i cant download it. since i bought this from another country.
