First Listen on the ZF15L open baffle speakers. The sound stage was twice as wide and twice as deep as the room. Each speaker paints a different picture. This one is a lot of fun with the Decware 300B prototype.

As a user of 300b and el84 amps, none of which are decware, with your reputation I'm going to have to get one!!

I have to wonder what a well recorded cello would sound like with some sharp
attack (transients??) or for that matter, a well recorded full-on symphonic piece.
My current desk top really brings out the 300Bs sound signature (herein) and I
absolutely love what I am hearing but I sense there is even more hidden potential.
I do not hear the muddiness in the lower mids as "Music Lover" (commented earlier)
did but then my ears just might interpret that as warmth (?). Anyways, the depth of
soundstage is very well presented through my Kef/Schiit Dac/EL34 desk top system.
Can't wait to hear those Western Electrics.

What would a EL84 be if it was a DHT? (besides 100 times more expensive).

Sounds a touch muddy in the lower mids, not especially well defined bass either, could be the tube 🤔 Upper mids are nicely defined with excellent separation, richness and depth hence there is great potential. 👍

I'm not liking the high-end click rhythm track, the low end is super deep and clear, maybe it's just the music itself
