I live in Pennsylvania and after the Jerry Sandusky/Penn State criminal case ended a lot of sweeping and comprehensive changes came about in regards to the mandated reporting of child abuse. I believe something similar should happen regarding this terrible situation.

Wow. But WHY havent police filed charged???? Who cares about the university...why isnt anyone questioning the police??

Reading the comments the man is already guilty in the court of public opinion. I would bet that those that have passed judgement would prefer a different court if found in the same situation.

I'm not saying he did or didn't do what he's being accused of but where's the proof? So far, there's only her account of the story. Anyone remember those lacrosse players who had their lives go up in flames, only to find out later when it was too late, they were innocent the whole time? People are waaay too quick to condemn before they know anything. This kid just lost his NFL dream, so these accusations better be true.
