What a refreshing rendition of the national anthem. I actually think it should be performed instrumentally instead of sung. Too many vocalists try to get too creative and they end up making a mess of it.

i am listening to this and imaging standing on the gold metal platform at the Olympics. if that ever happens i would be honored for them to play a recording by the Kansas city's philharmonic version of the national anthem.
