Trump threatens government shutdown over border wall funding

Republican lawmakers are dismissing the chances of a government shutdown this October, one month before the midterm elections. That is despite President Trump's threat that he "would be willing to 'shut down' government if the Democrats do not give us the votes for Border Security, which includes the Wall!"
