Utah's economy booms as neighbours struggle

The US state of Utah is booming economically while surrounding states are wallowing in deep unemployment.

At just 4.3 percent, Utah's unemployment rate is well below the national jobless figure of 6.7 percent.

Many say the economic boom in the state is down to its business-friendly environment.
