The best way to “move” sand is compressed air from underneath. Water only makes it harder because you have to saturate before it has the same effect.

Please show us the emptying of the barge all the way to the end. Your videos end way too early. Also, why is there a cut in the film every time a huge portion of the hill comes down? There is nothing I would want to wear more than a pair of flip flops on a wet 40 degree slope! The only thing that might make this more dangerous if the the belt was replaced with a screw auger! Yikes.
