For Dribbble Uploads, make sure to upload a manual thumbnail if your video isn't 4:3 ratio.
If you want to use the thumbnail for the video itself, then ideally make your whole animation in a 4:3 ratio, and also add an image of the design for the first frame before the animation starts, so the thumbnail displays something rather than an empty thing on your Dribbble profile.

I am new to FIGMA & Jitter. I don't know how to solve this issue "Unable to export frames with more than 400 nodes. Try to flatten or rasterize groups that contain many layers". This error pops up in dailog box every time i export my Figma design into Jitter. How to solve this.
