My channel is on my phone so I can’t so when I go to YouTube studio I don’t have the option to click settings😢

"Standard Features" & "Intermediate Features" named as "Default Features" & "Features that require phone verification". I have them both enabled, but there is no third option, and I still don't know why my first two dropdowns are named differently. I also have a channel history of about 3 years, a verified phone number, and no active strikes. Pls help
