Hotpoint rls175p fridge seal replacement gasket ordered from the hotpoint spares site. Was extremely difficult to fit. The grooves to slot it back in did not match the old ones at all and looks to be a 3rd party part. The original part was white and the replacement was grey with different grooves.

I am currently looking for how to do this on a russian Beko refrigerator - there are no parts or instructions for it. And on Hotpoint everything is so simple

I have noticed my seal has split at the bottom hinge and the magnetic strip is exposed. It has also frosted at the back at the top going down about a third. Do you think the door seal be the cause of the frosting? I have a Hotpoint RLA34 fridge.

This may help as I picked up a mini fridge for free with multiple holes and mold in the seal

I've got same problem with frigde gasket.
I ordered a new gasket and I followed the steps how to remove it ..but surprise
...my gasket has adhesive tape on it ...and I tried to take it out and fix the new one with adhesive tape but didn't work ..
I will be happy to give an advice what to do...

I tried it, but it seem to pull other foam stuff behind it so I stopped. I have an integrated tall fridge, does it use the same method? Thank you
