Usually the reason is very simple. In this case on the video it was just a simple blockage.
Just remove top covers, and You will see where the blockage is.

We have same problems pretty often. If you need washer/dryer every day dont buy aeg. Just cleaned same air circulation pipe but there is still other blockage somewhere
