Respect to Pulev for doing the ref's job for him in that fight.

Mir Fighting Pulev with one arm is one of the most insane things I've ever heard. Pulev is still ranked in the top 15 of most Boxing rankings.

Pulev fought last night in a good close fight with Derek Chisora, Pulev is still competing at a high level in Boxing so I don't think it was smart for an over the hill MMA guy like Mir to be throwing punches with him but I guess almost anyone would take the fight for 1 Million!

Frank belongs doing commentary for the UFC, loved him back in the WEC days commentating fights. Would be much better than what they got or atleast a great addition.

Pulev was an uphill battle for frank even with two arms

Frank mir’s best days are behind him but you can’t blame him for fighting even in disciplines which he isn’t used to for a huge pay cheque

Pulev was a class act for realizing you were hurt and not taking advantage, I don't think an mma fighter would be that classy if it was the other way around and pulev was in the octogan, you guys both are warriors though

At least he is being honest and admits he did it for the money

Frank Mir is a legend, hands down. But he does not look or sound good in this interview. Raspy voice, atrophied arm, hunched over, and taking fights he shouldn't take. All respect to him and all that he's accomplished but I truly hope he finds a way to get and stay healthy. Even top tier athletes can only take so much damage. Wish him only the best and hopefully he stays retired forever from here on out.

Whatever Frank made for this fight it wasn’t enough. He took two of the most vicious beatings I’ve ever seen in the UFC to Lesnar and Carwin, his brain did not need this. And when CTE starts setting in Frank will beg to give every cent he made fighting back in exchange for his brain but it’ll be too late.

I would have strongly advised against fighting Pulev, he's 29-3 as a heavyweight with 14 KOS. Only lost to 3 of the top dudes, Klitschko, Joshua, and Chisora.

I saw Frank Mir on my flight from Medellin, Colombia last month. In Medellin they do alot of innovative treatments that involve stem cells. In seeing this interview he was very likely getting some therapy over there.
