This session focuses on the current state of hepatitis B in the United States. Join to learn about hepatitis B epidemics across the nation, communities at high risk for infection, and HBV routes of transmission, test results , case reporting, vaccines, and local health department prevention initiatives. At the conclusion of this webinar, participants will be able to:
-Discuss the epidemiology of HBV and at-risk, priority populations
-Describe HBV testing, treatment, and prevention measures
-Characterize the role of local health departments in preventing and eliminating HBV infections.
