3 PERFECT False Cuts Every Magician Should Know!

Whoa, i did a magic trick! I was doing this, nothing on my hands then, ta da! Paper Cut appeared! Try that!

I made a personal false cut:
1. Pick up 1/3 of the deck with your index finger.
2. Pick up another 3rd of the deck with your middle finger without dropping the 1st 3rd.
3. Pick up the middle 3rd with your other hand.
4. Drop the other 2 thirds in separate piles.
5. Give the deck you’re still holding to your other hand then drop it on the original deck.
Pick up the final 3rd of the deck and drop it on the rest of the deck.

Neat! These do have their time and place though. They definitely look suspicious if you’re trying to come across with normal fair looking cuts during a magic trick.
But it could be added with fair looking false shuffled and cuts.

I'm literally fooling myself with those cuts. That's how big of a noob I am. Just started today with riffle shuffle, bridge, and some cuts needed for my first trick. Ty for this tutorial :) Trying to get my head behind it and you are making it as easy as possible

Tip for the cuts, when there are 3 or more piles of cards keep track of them by numbering them 1 2 3 so the top part packet will be one the middle will be2 and bottom part time I'll be 3 makes it so much easier to follow along

The three false cuts are damn good but have to admit the best false cut is the sviwel cut which is a bit more advanced and is performed by dynamo.

From my perspective, it would help if the top card were face up, then we could see how the cards move during the cuts. Currently it's difficult to keep track of what's what.
