This makes me miss the 2 year Minecraft world I had, I didn’t delete it, Minecraft did, and to make matters worse I saved the world on a usb drive and Minecraft rejects it

Past me could relate to that "eh I'm bored", but current me couldnt relate less. My current survival world has taught me to perserviere until its finished, no matter the project. I'll provide an example. I recently needed a new iron farm in my world, so I made nicoislost's design with 7 layers. It is a portal based farm and I build it too close to my shulker farm that is also portal based. The iron farm portals in the overworld linked to the nether side of my shulker farm. If past me made this mistake, he would get frustrated and probably resort to cheating, thats why I started a new world that I currently play in, as I actually did everything legit in this one. The current me made a bigger and better shulker farm that is as far as it can be from the iron farm and still be in the spawn chunks. A couple of problems occured with the shulker farm because of its height, I wont get into that, but with some tricky portal shenanagins, I managed to seperate the two. That is something that past me lacked and that is why I am so glad I have this world. Its taught me to not give up easily, and not just in Minecraft, but irl as well. That "eh, I'm bored" line really made me remember how easily I gave up in the past and how Minecraft has actually changed me in the past 3 years, thank you for that Mogswamp :D
