I wish more of the prominent voice professionals would find LiSA and check out some of her performances, as I think she's still a little unknown in the West, outside of certain circles, but your reactions to her are the best, anyway. She's one of my favorite signers (right there with Floor and KZ) and easily one of the best in the world. YES! LiSA is so unique. I'm so happy when Yuki Kajiura started writing songs for her. If you like LiSA, then you will also LOVE Yuki Kajiura's other FictionJunction vocalists and definitely Kalafina (sadly disbanded after 10y, but the girls are still singing with Yuki-sama in some projects). I luv that i could see ur reaction to LiSA on The First Take again.
If you turn on the subtitles, you will be even more amazed. Because the technique she sings fits perfectly with the lyrics. So as if she was telling a story. Especially if you've watched the anime and imagined the climax scene until the end while listening to the way she sings n ofc lyrics too, ooh..it will be feel so sad.
