Today we discuss the top 5 benefits of meditation, and why you should meditate. The list of benefits to meditation are long, but in this video I am going to go over my top 5 favourite benefits to meditation.

Here are the 5 benefits of meditation summarized:

1) The first main point is that meditation improves learning, memory and self-awareness.
2) The second reason is that Mindfulness meditation decreases feelings of loneliness.
3) The third benefit of meditation, is that it Lengthens your Attention Span.
4) The fourth reason, is it may help fight addictions.
5) The fifth main benefit of meditation, is that it reduces stress and anxiety in general.

I will also make a future video on how to meditate. Meditation has improved my life in so many ways, and these 5 benefits of meditation are just beginning. I could make a 20-minute video talking about all the benefits of meditation.

I can honestly say that meditating change my life, and I really would encourage you do try it out. In the future I will make a video on how exactly to meditate.

Meditation has helped me so much in med school. If i'm feeling anxious or whenever I panic before taking a test, I simply meditate. It keeps my nerves down and keeps me focused.

Science has gone so far to make a pill that can increase human life span, make us strong, and make us feel good.
This pill has been available to humanity for extremely long.
All you need is
a good diet
a good exercise routine
and meditation
(edit, there's like 2 other pills aswell)
Social contact and sleep.
(Social contact isn't 100% necessary but it greatly increases the quality of life I feel)

i meditated for the first time today because i have had a terrible last few weeks with a lot of stress, overthinking and anxiety. So i tried it and for the first time and it really calmed me down. I felt this like numbness tingling feeling from my head to my shoulders and it felt like my body was restoring itself. It was very peaceful and I will 100% do it again.

meditation is such a blessing. you can literally do it any time and its free! so many benefits at such little cost. imagine a pill that contained all of the benefits of meditation. imagine how valuable it would be. a pill with all benefits and no side effects. i think this is one of the most important habits someone can incorporate into their lives and i genuinely think that if enough people practised it the world would become a better place.

I know what you mean with adictions. Sometimes i look on my phone, for no reason at all. I just get my phone, look at the screen and do nothing. Thx for all these motivational videos.
