Personally i like shorter holes and in the woods, its just booring to watch these open courses

Pros complaining about shorter wooded holes only means one thing to me. They’re banking on distance to win because they’re the big arms, they don’t like that it’s more of a game of consistency and accuracy than just huge distance.

Disc Golf started in the woods... And should stay in the woods. Bombers don't like it because it levels the game. Let Ball golf be ball golf.. and let Disc Golf remain Disc Golf. I love the shorter woods courses. If these courses are "so easy"... Why isn't Gossage winning the tournaments played on them?

I think Gossage meant to say "we've been trending more toward ball golf courses in the wide open with manufactured OBs"

“Do you guys want more people to be in contention” like yes bro I don’t even watch coverage when Gannon is beating you guys by 11

Nobody wants to watch Buhr and Barela and maybe Gossage and Heimburg battle it out on open bomber courses every week. It's fun once in a while, but not over an entire season. I lost my excitement for MPO coverage at some point last year because of that.
And the final rounds that have already gone through this year prove Gossage wrong. They have been objectively more exciting to watch. If a guy with flawless backhand technique and accuracy like Niklas battles it out with a leftie and a locked in old schooler like McBeth, that's the kind of tournament I'd watch every week.

I do not like a giant field with white ob sticks being the only thing controling the lines.

I honestly dont see why the direction cant change every few years to switch things up and possibly get a new pool of winners every couple years. We are already seeing last years greats struggling this year and other people doing really well, seems fine to me to change once in a while.

We need a mix of courses. This isn't really a hard concept. A good (Pro) disc golfer can carve lines, throw the chip shots, and should have elite distance. That said, it's a better tour with hyzerfest, and traditional wooded, and park style disc golf.

I just don’t understand why the entire sports world has to be turned upside down to accommodate like 12 people.

Silva got "Temali'd". First Calvin's Waco final round collapse with Temali on the bag. Next was Klein's final round collapse with Temali on the bag. Once I saw him with Silva on the final day it was inevitable. When will they learn. 🤣

I want a balance of the long bomber holes and the wooded holes. I don't think a health balance is wrong. Worlds last year at New London and Ivy hill were a great combo of tight OBs, technical woodsy lines and the chance at huge swings each way.

Yes, we want shorter wooded courses. Not "nukes and putters"

Good for her! Women's sports needs to be protected.

Goose, "dO yOu WaNt MoRe PeOpLe tO bE iN CoNtEnTiOn?"
YES! A closer battle where keeping an eye on possibly 8 players that could win is way more exciting to watch than 1, or maybe 2 ppl run away from the rest of the field. Imagine a Superbowl where one team runs away with it, or both teams are battling back and forth the entire time. Which one of those games are you most likely going to change the channel on?

Aaron: "do you want every course to be shorter?" Also Aaron: T32 place lol

Commentators should stick to players playing. Leave the course critique to players. Badmouthing courses that support their platform doesn’t seem smart to me.

Shorter courses = more competition and less injuries

I 100% support the shorter courses. The reason I say that is because it's more relatable to the everyday player. I can watch the last few courses, and to compare those to shots that I make on local courses. I also like seeing shorter arms have as good of a chance to win as longer arms. There's nothing more monotonous and sickening than seeing the same bombers every week on longer courses.
