People have been asking me why I'm selling the car after only having it a few months... well, here's why.

I just did a 6 day Turo rental of an R8 v10 spyder during a vacation and had a similar conclusion. It was a lot of fun and really nice but I just didn't really miss it much after. However, coming home to my Factory5 Shelby Cobra was a complete joy and had me excited and eager to drive it. I also felt the R8 brought maybe jealous attention while a Cobra brings appreciative attention

I can get a full set of clubs behind the seats, and do it semi-regularly. I'm a golf nut, so my bag is a true full set, not like a summer bag with clubs missing. You need to move both seats up to the point that it's annoying to drive (I'm 6'1"), but it is definitely doable. NOTE: The V8 has a bigger shelf behind the seat than the V10 ... I personally don't think it's possible to do in the V10.

Thanks, I hadn't viewed that video until now and it did answer the question. I guess I feel a little like you do, I'm trying feel very attached like I did when I had a CTS-V, an 04 and an 09, and some days I feel it and some days I don't. Anyways, good luck, I've enjoyed your videos!

Your black on black R8 was nice. I have an 08 Rtronic white on white. I almost traded for an M6 or CLS 63 S model but I couldn't do it in the end. Question: I seen the video where you have the Vette but do you miss the R8?
