If I was Joe’s wife, I would not allow him to run again. It’s clear he has some sort of dementia. I feel bad for him when he rambles and does not make any sense or gets lost. Trying to walk off stage. Honestly, I’m surprised the Democratic Party is allowing him to run again and not allowing a primary for other candidates to challenge joe.
