Yesterday I was exhausted, I went to a doctors appointment on the wrong day and stayed there for 4 hours, but when I came home to sleep, I laid there frustrated until 2am due to insomnia. I go on YouTube thinking that I might as well stay up. I see this video. I instantly was overcome with drowsiness. I think Jesus was keeping me awake so that I would talk to him. And I did. He is my refuge, my very present hero in trouble.

Also, please pray for my twin daughters. One daughter and her husband, are teaching + ministering in Poland. Keep them safe. The other daughter + husband are here in CO.
