Skydio Car Follow Gauntlet

Putting the Skydio R1 through it's paces. lots of obstacles through this path. completely hands off in this video, the times where the drone lost sight of the car or stopped when it was unable to find enough room to navigate, when I backed up until the drone spotted the car again (and required without any input) the drone actually found its own path to continue!

There is one spot I lost wifi connection and was un able to get it back for a couple minutes, not even able to land the drone. I still don't know what happened there. I cut that out of this video but you will see the drone completed the gauntlet after that point. You do sometimes have to be patient when bugs or lost connections happen but I'm confident those issues will be reduced as Skydio continues to upgrade the software. I'll be getting a lot of use out of this drone over the next months.

Are you still using the Skydio? I'm thinking about getting one for the same type of thing with my Jeep TJ. Also, I can't tell from their website. Will it shoot in 24p? Thanks for posting. Looks like some cool trails in your area.
