That scene with Billie and Conrad had more chemistry than all of his other scenes with Cade this past season. Chemistry can’t be forced, it has to just happen. I’m rooting for Conrad & Billie!

What an episode, when Cade got shot I was tearing up. Everyone was so worried about her. Billie loves Conrad that’s why she asked if he loves Cade🥰❤️

This was a tense, dramatic episode and I loved it! Cade and Conrad seem to have a great vibe and I hope it continues. This is my favorite medical drama series of all time! ❤️

That scene between Conrad and Billie, wow🤯. It's all in the eyes, Billie clearly has feeling for Conrad. I think Conrad will first date cade before he realizes that he has feeling for Billie, then he will realize later that he likes Billie too. I think the writers are going to give Conrad and Billie a slow burn just like they gave Spenser James and Olivia in All American serie. The way they look at each other is endgame. When Cade told Conrad to hold her that she doesn't want to die alone, I didn't feel it, that scene didn't move my soul and it was supposed to.

When Conrad said to Billie, “It’s not just with her. I’ve pushed others away too” he was absolutely talking about Billie and keeping her at arms length. Does he like Cade? Sure. But he has feelings for Billie as well. His walls are up and he doesn’t want to let anyone in. Perfectly understandable after losing Nic.

I’m still hoping for a Billie/Conrad pairing. 🤞🏻

It always makes me smile when I see comments like ‘Nic wouldn’t have wanted to see Conrad hook up with her best friend’. Uhm. How is that a given? I am sure Nic would want both of them to be happy. If I died I would almost prefer my partner to end up with a friend of mine - at least I would know my partner would be in good hands. And vice versa. So yeah, team Billie.

As much as I love Cade being with Conrad,
I'm lowkey hoping Billie to be with Conrad, she knows him better than Cade, (Billie doesn't come with baggage/issues 😂).
But still eventually it will be Cade with Conrad!

I must be the only one who doesn't want Billie and Conrad together. Chemistry or not, Billie was Nic's best friend and it seems so disrespectful for that to happen. Of course, they care about one another, but, why can't people be okay with a man and a woman just being friends? Even if people don't want Conrad with Cade, I'd be so disappointed to see him with Billie. Besides, if something was going to happen with Billie it would've happened already. It's been "5 years" since Nic has passed, and grieving really brings people together. If it hasn't happened by now then it probably won't. Sure, Cade isn't my favorite but at least, they're developing her character a bit more (so it seems). They couldn't really disclose too much before since she was supposed to be mysterious seeing as she was in witness protection or whatever.

I’m sorry guys but I think Cade and Conrad are just a way better match then Billie. Like I’m sorry but it’s just weird because Nic and Billie were best friends 😬 and they don’t have chemistry in my opinion. Cade is closed off and distant which makes her storyline interesting, makes Conrad have to dig really deep with her.
