Clearly, abortion isn't merely, simplisticly, about "unwanted pregnancies". It is also, and more importantly, about WANTED pregnancies that have become unsafe, demised/fetally fatal/prematurely stillborn, and risk management of the mother's health and her ability to care for her existing children and her ability to bear children in future.
