Well to be honest: There is NO SINGLE SOLUTION IN THE INTERNET for the Prerequisite Installer Problem... Except ONE entry I found!
You simply have to deactive IE Security in your Servermanagement under Local Servers....
THATS ALL.
And you can download and install everything with the installer!
