i love how many beautiful waterfalls they have there! I definitely need to get to Costa Rica - maybe in 2025. We'd definitely love the brewery and the whale tail - though with my fear of water, I'd have to be quick with my crossing!

I'm wondering...if I stayed at the Whale Tail Hotel how would I get from the main city to Uvita? Is there a way without renting a car? Man, you guys are making me want to visit costa rica for my next trip! Is it common to rent scooters to get around like thailand and the philipines or is a 4x4 vehicle the way to go? Not familiar with the weather yet but I'd plan on going during whatever the "dry season" is. If there is one lol

What time of year did you go? We're going in late February - early March. I've also been in late April-early May (end of dry season) and mid November (end of wet season)
