TI-84 Convert Degrees to Degrees, Minutes, and Seconds, and Vice Versa

Learn how to use the TI-84 to convert from degrees to degrees, minutes and seconds, and vice versa. I do show how to go from one to the other. I forgot to mention to make sure that your calculator is degree mode and not radians. To check, hit the Mode button and make sure it is set to degrees.

Tinkered a bit to find that you must enter a number, even if it’s a 0, in degrees &/ or minutes if you’re just converting seconds to decimal. But if you do have degrees & minutes, you do not have to make an entry for seconds…
