Hello Arnold,
I was wondering how it was for you after being on the road continuously for all these years. I was not aware that you got clean right after James. I've been clean since 1986. What a blessing.! You keep healthy with biking and yoga and having a trainer . I look forward to seeing you out on tour again. My name is Thom you have see my face so many times at showes, your always kind enough to call me up to the stage. Always honored. Hope to see you do more podcasts. Perhaps a song or two.

Love hearing from Arnold! Every time I hear him do his solo of Shower it gives me chills and I'm so happy James gives him that opportunity. I'd like to see more of James band members share their thoughts during this time of social distancing. It's a nice time to get a peek into their lives.

Arnold, I met you in Hollywood a few years ago, you were looking for a meeting place for your group.Your calming and caring manner was evident almost immediately. You graciously took a photo with me for evidence that I met you for my family and friends. What a surprise, what a thrill. So great to hear how great you are to yourselves & each other. Never saw JT in concert, but the Sweet Baby James album was the first album I ever had & sang those songs over & over. When I heard "In My Mind I'm Going To Carolina" in '78, living in NY State I was riding my bicycle & singing that, again & again. North Carolina is where I live now, not far from the 'James Taylor Bridge." ♡
