The RV of the Tedesco Bros should have a modernized (digital and automated) version of what was known as a _cinetheodolite_ (same kind of device used by astronaut Gordon Cooper's team to record the landing of a flying saucer at Edwards AFB in 1957) i.e. a magnifying telescope with a high-definition camera sensor mounted on a 360° altazimuth motorized lyre, slaved to a fixed low-definition fisheye detector that would cover and monitor the entire celestial vault at once, and would automatically aim and focus the telescope (using an algorithm sorted out by deep learning) to any kinematically anomalous diurnal object in the sky or light at night, effectively zooming in with great accuracy and definition to finally achieve megapixel imagery of UAPs. Icing on the cake: add a spectroscopic filter to the sensor to be able to analyze the chemical composition of the surrounding plasma at night (effectively helping to rule out mundane sources like planes, satellites, meteors, sky lanterns, etc.). That is to say, exactly what the French did with UFOCATCH V2, or what Loeb's Galileo Project has promised but failed to do for years.

Here's a bit extra on the "Night Crawlers" name for the RV. "Night Crawler" refers to a type of Alien has been seen on videos thru the years, and you can look these up. The videos show an extremely thin, ghost-like figure with a small head and small dark eyes. I've seen a handful of these and the thing that strikes me is their legs, which seem to be moving inside some very thin fabric and the movement of the legs is somewhat like the knee joints are reversed. The videos, what few there are, haven't been de-bunked that I know of.
