I would argue that sasuke is still stronger he has perfect susanoo, but still naruto is much stronger than people give him credit.
He is still jinchuriki of all 8 tailed beasts left, has their kekkei genkai, has all 5 chakra natures and is taijutsu master. Here is the scaling
