I’ve tried to recalibrate it several times. Including multiple times in a row. When I power it back on. It still flashes red and will not move. What am I doing wrong?

The right wheel on my daughters locks up alot, I've tried this and it doesnt work. Any other helpful tips?

I need help. My GOTRAX ION when I get on it the second light doesn't turn on. Then it will turn on after about 3 seconds I try to turn and it won't turn, and the second light turns off. Can you help me with my problem?
