A lot of these injuries this year are from players getting their legs trapped underneath themselves when tackled. But I believe most football coaches teach players to keep their feet moving and that helps in minimizing lower-leg injuries in particular.

Agian, player safety doesn't exist because the players themselves don't care about their fellow players.

I don't understand why "numbing shots" aren't considered performance enhancing drugs. If the player can't play without one they are enhancing their performance.

With the 17 game season, teams should have to carry 3 quarterbacks on their active rosters. The number of injuries are going to making the playoffs unwatchable. The NFL season is a marathon and not a sprint.
