U2 doesn't make music, they make magic.

So many great songs and they’ve definitely stood the test of time, being in a band and staying together solidly for at least 45yrs now is a huge accomplishment even if you’re the greatest of friends, I’ve played in the same band with my best mates from when we formed our band in high school in 1990 we’re still together playing, writing, performing together now in 2023, so we’re on 33yrs together. Obviously not at the level and height of U2, no matter how close you all are you get on each other tits sometimes, and there’s many times you think about throwing the towel in, but I’m so glad we’re still together playing and stuck together. It’s a beautiful thing playing in a band and creating music writing and performing your own songs together, you get an amazing feeling when you all play live and lock
in really tight and groove with each other, an immense feeling that I’ve never got anywhere else, only playing live with your band mates is an amazing feeling that doesn’t happen everyday but when it does the feelings and emotions are a beautiful thing to behold forever. Playing live and in a band has brought me so much solace, kept me sane through many hard, tough times when I’ve been close to cracking up, it’s made me keep my shit together, if I didn’t have playing my band I my life I reckon I’d have been dead a longtime ago.
Well done U2 it’s amazing the length of time you been together and still are. Some great songs! I used to be a roadie and part of the sound & lighting crew at the Manchester Arena, worked on a U2 gig years ago, stood and watched the show from side of the stage, I’d just split up from my wife at the time, when they played with or without you I remember the feeling and emotions I felt made me stand there in floods of tears crying my eyes out in front of everyone, but I’d didn’t care, I’m glad I’m in touch with my emotions being a male and not scared to show it or what people may think. The power of music is an amazing feeling.

Holy wow. Bono hit the high notes on Bad and Pride and just about everything else. Gorgeous. Don’t know how he powered that out, but damn. Legend!

I was there for this. Amazing. Beautiful Day was the best part for me. That and standing in a crowd of 100, 000 people and randomly standing next to two people from my home town. Glastonbury is a special place.

Moment of surrender my highlight of this fantastic show. A beautiful song that's taken on new meaning for me. One regret the Psalm in song form 40 wasn't on the setlist.

I have been a fan of U2 since the 90's and I had not seen this performance. Excellent concert!

What is truly unique about U2 is the dynamic nature of their sound. It's been a complete evolution like no other band.

This was probably the first time 90% of people in this crowd will have seen a proper rock n roll band. They must have been shitting down their legs. The power u2 can harness is just otherworldly. No other band can come close.
