It's all about popularity. Maybe there is some streamers that become ambassador for some product. For streamers, lets say you have 1 million subs, it doesn't mean you actually have 1 million fans cause some of it might actually just subs and forget about you. So all about popularity and face. Lets say they contact you, what are the chances you will help boost their sales super high? Kpop help their sales because of the fans widely know for buying and clearing any products that the idols have. No hate, just fact. So of course they want idols as ambassador. Streamers that have high subs like mark or pewd might have some offer like that.

I think it's because of the content streamers do. Most streamers usually play games or make artworks and it doesn't really showcase that much clothes/fashion so they don't see the need to market their brand through streamers.
