I like to watch lectures in my spare time and out of all the lectures I have watched, yours are by far my favorite. I never got to go to college but if I did I would have certainly wanted you as a professor. Love the videos thank you.

Hello, hello, hello professor! Hope you are having a great day.

Just got done with a 2 hour study session. As always thank you for the motivation. You and Feynman are just amazing at making things sound so simple. Im learning a little bit everyday.

Sir i just started watching Feynman's lectures and wow... The character of physical law alongside your 8.01 lectures offers such a huge insight in how to see and measure the world.

Its absolutely beautiful that gravitational force is the product of the gravitational constant, the mass of 2 bodies, divided by the square of the distance. Its cool to know the that everything has some kind of effect that can be measured no matter the distance. Everything has a relationship with each other.

And charged particles can be described in the same way.

And the law of conservation is another pattern of the fabric of reality.

You opened a big door for me. I see things so differently now. Im not sure what reality is but i know its very beautiful. Its like a dance.

The magnitude of the B-field in the air gap (and in the iron core) will be approximately 0.845 Wb/m² (T)
From your friend in Denmark 🙂

Hey professor.
I tried to figure it out and I didn't assume the magnetic field to be produced due to air gap. Thus assuming it as a solenoid my answer is:-471Tesla
And while assuming the air gap to produce magnetic field, it would be :- 1.307 Tesla
Thanks.
