i bought the i9 model with 32gb ram and vega 20, ive repasted it and when i game i push the fans to the max ( i do the same when editing), yeah i game on a mac because is my only computer and i travel a lot. its a really good laptop and after the repaste gosh its better

You know if you drop to 1050p resolution where it allows you can run high settings at over 70 to 110 fps in most cases on more Triple and Double A titles. It will play well over that on more indie titles and in between. It is probably equivalent to a GTX 1050 Ti, maybe even more powerful since the Macbook Pro runs a much lower power consumption than most comparable laptops people would use for similar gaming. Honestly sitting so close you don't need more than regular HD for gaming especially since most people who game on PC or Mac in this case, want FPS over max resolution, since FPS being higher will equal better response times to user inputs.

Can you please comment on battery life playing BFV and if you noticed any screen tearing as the MacBook Pro only refresh at 60 hz? Also any fan noise?

I think it's funny how people refuse to play below 60 frames. I gotten used to 30, so 45 frames at ultra is incrediable for a mac
